A Choir in Every School
We’re excited to share a new initiative from the Music Teachers’ Association: A Choir in Every School.

This aligns strongly with the National Plan for Music Education, which states that every school should have a choir or vocal ensemble.
Here in Somerset, Somerset Music and Jackdaws — on behalf of the Octagon Music Hub — offer a wide range of singing opportunities to help bring this to life, including:
🎵 Bespoke in‑school singing projects
🎵 Large-scale singing festivals
🎵 CPD and support for developing whole‑school singing
