Tea-Time CPD Sessions

We are delighted to invite you to a brand‑new series of Tea‑Time CPD sessions, for Spring term 2, proudly led by our Lead Schools. These informal, energising after‑school sessions are completely free and open to any teacher or member of an educational setting who would like to take part.

Each session will spotlight a different area of practice that schools are currently leading on within their own settings. You’ll hear:

Success stories from classrooms and wider school communities
Honest reflections on challenges and what has helped overcome them
Practical strategies you can take straight back into your own school
Real examples of impact on young people and whole‑school life

These sessions are designed to be uplifting, supportive, and full of useful ideas—perfect for those looking to gain fresh inspiration without adding extra workload.

We would love you to join us, learn from colleagues across Dorset and Somerset, and take away new approaches that make a real difference.
